My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This
"client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

"My wife and I were separated by 700 miles for 11 months. We listed with another co. with no results. Sheila sold my house in 2 weeks and closed 10 days later. A simple thank you could never express our gratitude for all the hard work."
Bob Hill, Tomball Thu Aug 23, 2007

Buying a home in exemplary schools is good investment. Simple because most parents are going to want to be in that school, hence resale is better. There are a number of questions that need to be answered, such as where are going to working and how far do you want to drive from your home.
Also, keep in mind most individuals usually sell and buy a new home every 5 - 8 years. Therefore, unless you have child now then the school may not be as important as in the future. With this said, buying in an exemplary district will help with resale. I would love to discuss this further you’d like to give me call. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 06:50
I am finding that the max they are willing to pay is 5%, I suggest in your listing that you put in agent comments that commission is 5 - 6 % depending what the bank allows. Also, be careful about additional liens on the property such as HOA fees and lawyer fees. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 06:39
