Hi Sally,
I don't see this property in MLS so it may be a to be built home. There is always room for negotiation with builders and it is smart to bring a good buyers agent with you to help with negotiating, there is no cost to you. I know many of the Shea on site agents well and would be happy to call them and get more information for you on this particular property or any others. I live and do 90% of my business in Concord and this development is right down the road from my home so I am very familar. If you would like to call or email me with you number that would be great.
