About Me

OBJECTIIVE: My professional goal is to help my clients accomplish their real estate goals and needs. I provide superior service that will ensure future referrals to my business.
PERSONAL: I have been a lifelong resident of Long Island, currently living in Dix Hills with my husband and 2 kids. While attending Baruch College, I worked at a mortgage bank, gaining knowledge in loan procedures. Prior to entering the real estate field, I owned and directed a daycare facility. Whereas my prior clients entrusted me with their children, I am now entrusted with their homes. I am honored to have clients who allow me to take care of their most prized possessions and would never let them down.

if you buy a preforeclosure house, what is the criteria, required and how much do you need?

You purchase a short sale home the same way you would any other home on the market. All the requirements, such as downpayment, will be determined by your mortgage company. Your loan officer would be able to tell you what loan program you qualify for and how much you would need to put down. Can be as low as 3% down for FHA loans. Good luck. - Fri Apr 4 2008, 14:56
