If you blindly start going fromone bank to the next, the experience won't be pleasurable. A GOOD local Realtor will listen to your wants and needs and search the listings to find homes that match your guidelines. A good local REALTOR is a portal to everything in the home buying process. The choice on how, when adn/or if to act is always yours but I stand by my answer: FIND A GOOD LOCAL REALTOR.
