MLS 2930487 does look great. Your Agent will know what to do. Current trends in our area are : Condition; Staging--it looks great to me, but a professional stager can advise how it looks to prospective buyers; Price--while it seems right, if it is not getting showings, you must change it; Exposure; it looks good, but may need some different approaches.
