I agree with the answers below. As of today, there are currently 48 single family homes available in UA between $150,000-$250,000. Out of those 48, I'm sure we could find a few that are priced below market value, to insure that you won't lose money when selling in two years. Once we find a home that may work for you and that is priced well, I can even go over the costs of selling the home with you and what your bottom line would be in 2 years so that you'll have no surprises down the road.
