I posted an answer back in late May and have been watching the question ever since. I don't think it's fair that "Chicken Little" (non-realtor, just looking in the USA) can post and not reveal who they are or what their motivation is. As for the Realtors, their motivation is clear, get help. A realtor who is representing you is obligated by the license law to protect you and provide you with certain fiduciary duties.
