My advice to you is see if your Realtor is using latest technology to market ans sell your property. In my opinion, the foreclosure is not THAT difficult if you are professional with experience and you know what you are doing. I think the some Realtors would not like to deal with foreclosures just because those houses, in general, are selling for less price than non-foreclosures and, therefore, commissions are less too.
