This is a great investment decision and time to purchase one or several properties in the Pikes Peak Region. There are many short sale properties throughout our Colorado Springs neighborhoods. Of course, these homes and deals are much more limited in Green Mountain Falls and Manitou Springs. Many times these short sale properties are better deals than bank foreclosures.
