I actually live in Monument, and also work a ton of short sale, foreclosure and bank owned properties. I have a great new bank owned listing coming this week in Bent Tree. Right now, the homes in the trees are selling much more than the ones that are not. You don't get as much wind in the trees. Please let me know how I can help you.
