Obviously my definition of "professional ethics and behavior" are significantly different from yours. As a professional you owe confidentiality, at least in some degree, to all parties involved in the transaction. I won't even bother to split hairs with you and discuss ethical behavior and the degrees of confidentiality involved. It would possibly be lost on the potential for your limited grasp of the concept.
Discussing anything with you at this point is an exercise in futility, as you appear to be in an offensive mode due to your choice of comments earlier regarding a conspiracy in the RE industry. You appear to feel threatened and have chosen to lash out at me instead of explaining to the RE community about your statements made earlier. If you have that much energy and concern then I would recommend that you visit Alan's blog, listed in Dune's post below, and offer some explanation to the very large response base there, both RE Agents and Inspectors. Once you speak to the RE community gathered there then possibly you will have a fresh perspective on the entire subject and be ready for an intelligent conversation?
