Hi. I have to be brutally honest with you. As a licensed REALTOR, I'm not sure that I'd want to be anywhere close to this situation. To me, it looks/sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen! PLEASE don't get me wrong, I make my living by listing and selling real property, but I see so many potential pitfalls here. My best advice (and please again know that I make my living by selling a product), is to have BOTH parties hire an attorney to hash things out. I also know that I will get a lot of flack from the many local REALTORS with whom I have longstanding relationships with regard to this position. They're great, but I'll stand by this. Best of luck!
