Yes, in fact our office has a new listing overlooking the river and falls. It is a wonderful vintage home with a deck, patio and river frontage (you can keep your kayak right there) listed now for $325,000. Call me if you would like to see it! Our office is at 69 Walmart Plaza, on the upper level near the ShopRite so I am 2 minutes from this house!
