I'm considering buying either a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom at the Mondrian by Shea homes. Which do you think would be a better investment?

It all depends what type of market that is. Is it a market for older individuals, then a 2 bed would suffice. However, you can never go wrong with a 3 bedroom property. I imagine that in any area 3 bedrooms is not overdoing it by any means.
