I just just a very nice home in Aurora in a similiar price range. I think Aurora represents a tremendous value when you look at the entire package of taxes, services, schools and community atmosphere.

To determine loan eligibility, I would strongly suggest meeting with local lenders (Real people with real offices in the area). If you would like, I could recommend several local mortgage brokers. As a matter of fact, 2 of them are residents of Aurora!
