Hello, my name is Tony Green and I am a real estate broker, RealtorĀ® and real estate investor living in the Winston Salem, NC area. I currently specialize in helping people buy and sell homes in Winston Salem. If you are selling, a great RealtorĀ® can maximize your sales price in the minimum amount of time! If you are buying, consider me your "free" home-finding chauffeur, who then negotiates the best possible price. Either way, I promise to provide excellent service by working for YOU and YOUR best interests.
You can contact me at 336-287-4423 if you want to know more about our services. You can also view my listings at http://www.TriadNCHomesForSale.com where you can search the local Triad MLS for free AND http://www.WinstonSalemNCForeclosures.com. Here, you can view

You should consider the Piedmont Triad area as well (Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point). Here are a few reasons why. You have a major airport (PTI), you have several choices for lakes within an hour (Lake Norman, High Rock, Baden, Smith Mountain(VA)). Schools are great, and you can get a lot of house for $700k. We have 4 kids and the public schools are great, as well as some good private schools. See more below.
* Lowest Cost of Living among major cities throughout the US.
* Easy access to the beautiful Outer Banks beaches and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains.
* A wealth of cultural, sports, and recreation venues.
* The 3rd hottest real estate market in the U.S. for expanding and relocating companies.
* North Carolina has been ranked #1 for business climate by Site Selection magazine.
* Ranked by expansion Management as second "hottest city" for manufacturing
and second best real estate market - Fri May 23 2008, 09:26
Dino is right. Banks often pay closing costs. Some banks will pay the closing costs if the buyer uses the seller's attorney, and other times it may depend on the offer. If it is near full price offer, then they are more willing to pay closing costs. - Fri May 23 2008, 08:24
