About Me
My name is Kathleen Culley and I have been a highly successful real estate professional in the Largo, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and surrounding Tampa Bay Area market for over 6 years. I have operated as an Exclusive Buyer Agent and Broker for over 4 years as a personal choice. I need a little more information abdout the number of bedrooms, etc your mom would be looking for in order to narrow down the available properties. There are over 250 properties in the Palm Harbor, Dunedin area that are available in 55 and over communties under $150K and 102 under $100K. I have sold many properties in that area and also live in a 55+ comples. Please contact me in order to customize your list of availabilities. Visa Waiver Program General Information: The Visa Waiver Program enables citizens of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. The program was established in 1986 with the objective of promoting better relations between the United States and its allies, eliminating unnecessary barriers to travel, stimulating the tourism industry, and permitting the Department of State to focus consular resources in other areas. Visa Waiver eligible travelers may continue to apply for a United States Visa if they prefer, but it is not required for stays up to 90 days. The Visa Waiver Program requires all travelers to have a machine-readable passport in addition to other requirements described in the Visa Waiver Program Information Guide.

If you would like to stay longer than 90-days, you may wish to look into a B-2 Visa defined below.

B-2 Visa for Tourists: Foreign nationals who wish to visit the United States for leisure or tourism are normally eligible to receive a B-2 Tourist Visas. B-2 Tourist Visas are "visitor visas" required for citizens of countries that are not included in the Visa Waiver Program. However, even citizens of countries included in the Visa Waiver Program are required to obtain a B-2 visa if they plan to stay in the United States for longer than 90 days, change status to other nonimmigrant visa, or adjust status to permanent resident (Green Card) after entering the country. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 07:59

Edgemoor Estates
Tanglewood
Barcley
Catalina Gardens
Placido Bayou
Bay Shore
Eagle Crest Estates
Lake Pasadena
Allendale

These neighborhoods would be closest to Shorecrest but we can always branch out a little and get a few more for your consideration.

I have responded before and just wanted to add that I am a meber of NAEBA, the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. I have been representing home buyers only in the St Petersburg,/Clearwater area since 2003. I totally devote the time the client requires in order to preview homes when they come to the area. Whatever time you need I will be available. Since I work Exclusively with Home Buyers, my time is never divided between Buyers and Sellers.
