How much farther can condo and home prices fall in Clearwater?

Home prices will fall until they reach a level that people will buy. As soon as the prices start going up, we'll all know what the bottom looked like. Since the future is difficult to predict with absolute certainty, we'll have to wait and see what happens. However, waiting is not an option for everyone.
