Home Buyer, It is very difficult to say. Have your agent show you good valid recent comps to get an idea of what the market is "accepting". You never know a Seller's true motivation or need to sell, so every situation is different. However if you are "armed" with good comps you'll know an appropriate price to offer and won't end of overpaying.
