We are experiencing the same thing. Sadly the first lender has given approval for our short sale and now WAMU/Chase has held up the sale for three months and counting. The negotiator assigned does not answer her phone, her voicemail stays full and we can't leave a message, and she does not respond to our emails. Talk about frustrating! You are not alone and We would love to hear from someone who has figured out how to get a short sale closed with them!
