We first met Mauricio at an open house, we wanted to find out how much houses were listing for around our neighborhood, and we definitely weren’t looking to buy at that time. However, Mauricio was the first realtor (I have made three real estate purchases prior) that we’ve met who literally chased us out of the house in order to give us his business card and wanted to make sure he get an idea of what we were looking for. That made quite an impression on us. Therefore, when we were ready to begin looking for a new house in the foreclosure market, we gave Mauricio a call. We had a budget and a limit on how much we’re willing to expense in terms of our down payment and monthly payment, and I would consider ourselves very discipline buyers looking for value properties in the current market. Mauricio understood that and supported our search for a good six month period until we closed on our Corona property in September ’08. He was and continues to be supportive in all of our real estate needs whether it be putting in offers, negotiating with the listing agents, preparing lease agreements and most importantly acting on our behalf to address our needs. Mauricio works hard and is always accessible (an email away and we urged him to get himself a Blackberry for our benefit) and very personable and sincere. We enjoyed working with Mauricio and are glad to have him as a friend and trusted helper in all of our current and future real estate needs.
