About Me
Principal and Managing Broker of The Real Estate Group Il LLC, A residential and investment real estate brokerage focused on addressing the specific needs of its clients. Our systems allow our Realtor partners to create a strategic plan tailored for their clients individual needs. We are experts in creating property marketing campaigns, as well the sales management processes.
I have been a licensed sales person in Illinois since 1997 and I have had a broker’s license since 2005. Over the past 10 years, I was a top sales associate, representing hundreds of buyers and sellers for some of the top real estate companies in the Chicago market (Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Sudler, and Century 21 Sussex and Reilly). For the past 4 years, I managed/trained/coached hundreds of Realtors as one of the Principles of a multi-office Real Estate company (Prudential Preferred Properties). I sold my interest in Prudential as of Nov. 2006 and opened The Real Estate Group, Il LLC in the 4th quarter of 2007.

Hey Elizabeth, ok if you go onto MRED, pull up the listing and in the right hand corner, where it has "Additional Information" - pull that tab down and click on "Chicago Condo Online" and more then like the info on the building will be there.(the pet policy is there). Almost all the large buildings are covered and most of the small too. Cheers Jim.
