The short answer is: Maybe.
If you've been working for the same employer for at least the last two years (verified in writing by your present employer or union) have a history of receiving unemployment income over the winter, and can show that your tribal income will be ongoing for at least three years, then we can use:
Your normal bricklayer income
Your tribal income, and even
Your unemployment income to qualify you.
I would need to see your last two years of complete tax returns with all schedules, your YTD income from your bricklayer job, your most recent unemployment check stubs and two months of bank statements to start out with.
