From what my friends on the broker side tell me, no one is offering the full 203(k). Fortunately, I'm able to do both the streamline and full 203(k) at my company AND a conventional renovation loan that investors can use as well.
As the previous poster said, be careful when you're looking as most lenders can't provide what some of you may be looking for.
