"My husband and I could not have asked for a better Realtor. Erika guided us through our first home buying experience. When we first met her we were nervous because we had heard horror stories of people not getting quality time or service from their Realtors. Right in the beginning though we hit it off. She told us what we needed to do to get started and assured us she would be there every step of the way. We began to look at different areas of the city and once we narrowed it down she started emailing us listings. Also any time I would see something I would just email her or call her and she would get me more information on the property in no time. I mean literally within 24 hours. You see my husband and I didn’t know exactly what we wanted but we definitely knew what we didn’t want. After about the 2nd or 3rd showing Erika was on the same page as us. She could already read our facial expression about us not liking something and would get us out of there in a hurry. She didn’t want us wasting our time. She knew all the right questions to ask. She knew we were not just looking for a home but a community as well. We already found our home and have Erika to thank for it! She even continues to help us now when we have any question or concern."
