About Me
Every agent will tell you what they know you want to hear to get the listing::
best service, confidentiality, integrity, great marketing... But is it all true?

So how can you benefit better from my services:

1) EXPERTISE. For the past 10 years I have been only focusing on condos, lofts and town. That's my specialty. Most agent try to be everything to everybody. I don't.

2) SKILLS. being a photographer/designer, I provide my clients with the finest marketing tools. Not the case with most agents.

3) MARKETING: 25 years in the business of selling photography, music, video productions. I understand the word 'TARGET" audience. Most agents can't understand that concept. More importantly most agents are afraid of the word 'marketing". I enjoy the creative freedom marketing can offer. Mainly "guerilla marketing" invented by Jay Levinson. Your imagination is really the limit when it comes to marketing a property.

4) TECHNOLOGY: Most agents, mainly the older generation have no clue about computer. Not my case. I have been fluent in computer for the past 20 years and enjoy finding new ways to promote a property on the internet.

When can you use the equity in your property?

Generally mortgage broker will give you only 75% of the value of your property. So all depends what will be the value of the property at the time of refinancing. In my opinion you may want to wait at least 6 months to buy another flat. Mainly if you don't have any savings for the second one. Is investing in a condo-conversion in downtown chicago a bad idea?

Depends where, depends upon the price.... but don't buy pre constructions not knowing what the future of real estate will be. Many have been burned buying pre constructions 2 years ago as an investment and losing money by trying to sell it now. Agnes - Mon Mar 24 2008, 12:50

It should be clear in the contract. Your lawyer should know how to deal with it. And if not, I would change lawyer.. We have been in a lawsuit agianst a developer for a different reason for 9 years. We finally changed lawyer realizing how bad the one we had was. One important thing, contact a litigation lawyer, NOT a closing lawyer for a second opinion. Good luck! Agnes - Mon Mar 24 2008, 12:47
