I'm serious, I have never seen anything but "paid" That does not mean that it won't happen another way. It's up to the lender. Also, I have only seen one time where a short sale client had to pay anything afterward. Do a land contract, not a rent to own. A Land Contract, also known a s a contract for deed, is essentially a purchase contract with a delayed closing, and a provision for paying some sort of monthly payment in between. Contact me if you need more info. - Tue Feb 5 2008, 10:59
The way to get the foreclosure deals is to not buy foreclosures-rather buy PRE-FORECLOSURES! The discount deals are made on shortsales, not REO's. What incentive does the bank have to make a deal on a home that they have already reported as a foreclosure and already spent money taking back?
