Usually you can negotiate a lower commission... for instance 4% instead of 5% for the listing- but you must know.. the agent is really doing double work with someone unrepresented. They have qualify these buyers and make sure their ability to close is real. In reality, in this market- the serious buyers are represented- take your loss and move on if you need to go. - Thu Jun 26 2008, 08:22
