Paying for a service is a complete waste of time. Although not a popular opinion, dealing with a Realtor may not be the best way to find foreclosures/repossessed properties. The absolute best way is to go to the county clerks office where the foreclosure filings are posted. Hey if you want to get a good deal you have to be willing to do the footwork!
