"Jason,We are writing this letter to show out gratitude to you. We first contacted you in December of 2007 regarding a listing in Parsippany. You promptly responded to my e-mail to you, and I found that the listing I thought I was interested in it was not what I wanted. You immediately asked what we were looking for. I gave you all of my details and then your work began. We spent several months looking at houses, but we really wanted to be in Hanover Township (Cedar Knolls) to be exact. Although there were not very many homes going on sale in that area, once they did go up for sale you contacted us and we were able to see it right away. Although most of the homes in that area were out of our price range, we still saw a few, and one in particular. Once it was on the market, you contacted us and we got to see the home. Since it was a special situation you gave us your educated opinion on what we should do to ensure we got the home. We wanted to live in the Hanover township area because it's a a nice area to raise a family, but we never thought it would be a reality. Needless to say We GOT OUR HOME. I believe it was only because of the help and experience of you, and anyone who is lucky enough to have you as a realtor is going to feel the same way.
