About Me

Simply put, I am the person who is striving to be the best Realtor® in this market area. To do this, I must throw tradition out the window and do those tasks other Realtors® won’t do. I will accomplish my goal by treating my clients the way I like to be treated. This means selling every home like it was my own and not pushing buyers into a home they do not completely want.

I retired after 26 years of continuous service as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. I served as the Division Officer, as Acting Department Head, as Leading Chief Petty Officer, as Chief Master at Arms, as Command Senior Enlisted Advisor

ReMax is a Great company. I have several friends who are Remax Agents. To be truthful, I work with GSH and I think GSH REAL ESTATE is #1. Chose your REALTOR based on the interview you hold with them not on the company . Choose someone you feel completely comfortable with and that you feel you can trust. Call a few of these folks to schedule an interview. One of the most important questions for you to ask is"ARE YOU A MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS?" If he/she is not a member , run !!!!......dont walk...... run!!!!!!..... to your car and go to the next interview. My house needs a new septic system but I don't have the funds, can I sell and pay for septic when it sells?

In some cases you may be able to pay with proceeds from closing. It all depends on the company's willingness to take a chance on it not closing.....if some unforseen problem arises you are still liable if you don't close - Wed Jul 16 2008, 09:12
