In 2009, Mr. Agnello listed and sold a house for us in Sicklerville, New Jersey through Long and Foster Inc. We had a very positive experience with Mr. Agnello and would like to share our story with his prospective clients. Prior to signing with Mr. Agnello, we interviewed several agents and found John to be the most prepared and enthusiastic agent we met. John did a great deal of research about the real estate activity in our area and showed us data on prior sales and current market activity locally and in the region. John was most concerned with making sure we understood the process and what would be expected of both him and us. Once we signed our contract, John arranged to have us meet with a professional stager to help us better prepare our house for the market. The stager did a thorough assessment of our home and provided us with reasonable suggestions to improve the likelihood of a quick sale. In addition, John discussed various marketing strategies with us and focused on emerging trends using web based advertising and trendy graphics for our flyers and ads. Within 60 days, we not only had an offer, but we had several offers to consider- allowing us to obtain our asking price. This all occurred during the spring of 2009 during a national downturn in housing prices and sales. Through the entire process, John was attentive and responsive- using email, phone, and text messages, depending on our personal preference for communication. John prepared us thoroughly for the closing process. Our settlement was quick and enjoyable with no surprises. We have bought and sold several houses over the past 30 years and have experienced many of the pitfalls that can happen in the process when agents are not experienced or prepared.
