Agent at Wilkinson & Associates

no offers accepted

Roger Berrey answered:
The only possible reasons that a well qualified buyer like you has been repeatedly turned down upon making offers on properties, is that you are making unreasonable offers, and perhaps, with unreasonable terms, or you are not making written offers. There are plenty of sellers out there that would love for you to make an offer on their home, but most are not willing to give their home away. For better outcomes, make an offer that is at least tempting for the seller to consider. Of course, make sure that the home is priced in accordance with the current closed sales of similar homes in the neighborhood before you make your offer. If you have an experienced Realtor as your buyers agent, they should be able to help you significantly with this problem. If you want me to refer a successful and experienced agent in your area, let me know.
