With 23 years of experience in Commercial Construction, Land Sales, Development and Real Estate, I offer a myriad of expertise to any real estate acquisition or sale.

In 1984, began with the Woolfolk Companies in Richmond, VA. Learned all facets of Commercial Construction, Development and Property Management with processing AIA Statements, Project Estimating, Property Management and Accounting.

In 1988, became the Marketing Assistant for Riverfront Plaza in Richmond, VA and Daniel Development Corporation. This was a 136 Million Dollar Twin Tower, Class “A” Office Development. Riverfront Plaza was the largest project of its kind on the East Coast and was 60% preleased before its grand Opening in 1990. As one of the 14 members of the Development Team, I worked exclusively with project promotion, special public functions and property management. In 1993, I was the Regional Office Manager for Lawyer’s Title Insurance Company in Tampa, FL directly reporting to the Regional Vice President. Our office headed up all of The Florida and Caribbean operations and offices.

In 1995, I worked with Caudle and Spears attorneys in Charlotte, NC exclusively preparing title opinions and real estate closings. This involved researching chain of title for properties in Metropolitan Charlotte and surrounding counties.

In 1998, I joined Lat Purser and Associates in Charlotte, NC as their Network Manager and Data Base Administrator. I worked exclusively with marketing and business development. I also worked extensively in the marketing of shopping center, office and warehouse space and property management.

In the Carolinas, I have been in brokerage, handling retail projects, leasing, property management and construction. My current focus is in Land Sales for commercial development, resort, mixed use, multi-family, equestrian and investment exchange properties. I effectively navigate my clients through matching their business goals with the best possible opportunities. I'm respected for my market knowledge and research and analysis. Whether you are selecting or selling a medical, office, retail or mixed use site, or acquiring or listing land, I am dedicated to your success in today's challenging marketplace.
