Kelli and I have been helping friends buy and sell homes in the Charlotte area since 1987. Since then, we've helped over 1000 people just like you. Our clients have included first time home buyers, investors, retirees, growing families and corporate relocation clients. We have helped sellers avoid foreclosure, negotiating short sales or even working with their lenders to find a work out to keep their home. We have helped buyers find loan programs that work just right for them, find great distressed properties at discount prices and find neighborhoods that are perfect for their families. We understand how hard it is to leave a place you love and know, moving to a new area where everyone tells you a different story about where to live and why. We will listen to you, taking as long as is necessary to understand what is important to you and your family. Kelli grew up in the Chicago area, moving to Charlotte in 1987. She started her Real Estate career then, building a business based on client referrals and honest, direct help. Kelli specializes in working with home sellers, earning a reputation in Charlotte for helping homeowners make the right decisions when getting their homes ready for sale. She is a tough negotiator, determined to get her client's homes sold for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of headache. Kelli has a 13 year old daughter who loves to play basketball, claims Science is her favorite subject and has the highest score in the neighborhood at Guitar Hero.

Michael served 10 years in the US Navy, graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 1988 and deployed on the guided missile cruiser USS Biddle (CG-34) for 5 years, including a 9 month deployment for Desert Storm/Desert Shield. He moved to North Carolina in 1994 and joined forces with Kelli in 2002. Michael is the president of the Charlotte Chapter of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and volunteers his time and services with many organizations in the Charlotte area. Michael works mostly with home buyers and has a broad general knowledge of the Charlotte and surrounding areas. He has helped clients buy homes in cities for 5 counties around Charlotte, including Fort Mill, SC, Lake Wylie, South Charlotte, Union County, Lake Norman, the University area, Huntersville, Gastonia and Belmont. His clients have appreciated his patience, his neighborhood knowledge and his straightforward approach to explaining local market conditions and trends. He has a 16 year old son that is an avid lacrosse player (a goalie at that) and is currently trying to avoid deciding on college choices. ... show more
