Charlotte is the place! I am a native here to Charlotte and I love it. My father was in athletics, so we traveled all over and moved 26 moves in 13 years. Needless to say we spent most of our lives here in Charlotte and it offers everything you want. You have the mountains only 2 hours away, and you have some of the finest beaches anywhere within 3 hours. They're so many opportunities here for work and the schools are top notch. I have three kids and they attend Carmel Christian school. I attended Charlotte Latin school growing up and would recommend this school as well.
