Welcome to Paradise! Charleston is a friendly, genteel city with a European flair. I was born in New York , raised in Virginia and Georgia and after visiting Charleston for over 5 years, made the move and opened a boutique firm that works only for Buyers.
It is a great time to buy. The market in Charleston has not pulled back in over 10 years. The downtown area is fabulous. There are fixer uppers. You can go to my website and click on the downtown area map and search the mls for all the homes in your price range. I f you pay cash and finance part of your purchase, downtown and Mount Pleasant would be in the realm of possibility.
The outlying areas of Summerville, very quaint city with character, has homes in your price range...it is about 20 minutes from downtown. Hope this helps. Y'all come see us!
