I moved to the Charleston area 35 years ago from northern NY and absolutely love it here. I have been buying and selling real estate for over 20 years and know this area very well. I am currently a member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS and the National Association of Realtors. These relationships guarantee my buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day while also enabling my sellers exposure to a huge network of buyers from other firms across the country. I am a committed and passionate real estate professional who prides myself on putting my clients' satisfaction above all else. My determination and attention to detail allows my clients to receive first class service with utmost integrity. I am a firm believer of honesty and integrity. I always try to exceed my client’s expectations. To me, being a REALTOR means more than selling homes. It's about my client’s hopes and dreams. It's about basing a relationship on trust. You can be sure I will give you the best possible experience when buying or selling real estate. I love my job and my performance reflects that.

You could go the the Charleston County Schools website, however, www.schooldigger.com is an excellent website with valuable information. Johns Island is a rural community, although a beautiful place. I actually live on Johns Island.

The market in your area will certainly affect the price you get for your home. On the other hand, if you have to take a lower price for your home, chances are the one you are going to buy is going to be discounted too! Right now, with interest rates extremely low, the buyers are starting to look again. - Thu Jan 17 2008, 13:05
