Oh my gosh! That is a broad range of areas in Jacksonville! Obviuosly the beaches are very popular with Ponte Vedra being an excellent choice, but so much of this question depends on your (or your buyers) requirements as far as price range, schools, proximity to workplace, etc... I live in San Marco (and love the family friendly, walkability of the area, but I formerly lived in Ponte Vedra and currently work in Ponte Vedra so I have a lot of information on the area as well. Please give me a call...I am happy to help!
BTW...I will be visiting the Chapel Hill area in the winter and I am SOOOO looking forard to it...it's so wonderful there!
