Because this is a buyers market, we remain flexible so you never know if a seller will take this kind of offer until you ask. We do have experience with these offers as we have seen just about everything in the last 19 years that I have been a realtor. If you would like a list of available lots or land in Mantua, let us know and we will forward all that is in the MLS. It is also a good idea to obtain a pre approval letter from your preferred banker as all sellers and their realtors are making sure the buyer is qualitied to purcahse their property. Donna
