Yes! I have a client who is pre-approved FHA and she had a bankruptcy 2 years ago! IIn any case, it is always good to know what your credit situation is. Having a recommended, trusted lender as a resource to put your credit situation in the proper context is invaluable. - Fri Oct 3 2008, 07:40
