About Me
18 years of Real Estate practice on the Central Oregon Coast have allowed me to create a client base which includes full time and part time residents as well as commercial Sellers and Buyers. My personal philosophy is to have clients for life. I do this by giving service before,during anf after the sale. Most of my business is on a referral basis from satisfied clients. Two of my specialties are service to seniors and investors. My ongoing involvement in the arts community provides special insight that I am pleased to pass on to new residents. I know the Coast like it's my own back yard, after all it is.

I could not agree more with John. In my area ,which is a rural coastal community, we are faced with a few bad examples of agents who want to treat this business as a hobby. It always amazes me that REO companies don't do quality control. In the beginning they set very tight time frames for the agent's response and then sort of forget about the service aspect of the business. One of the reasons my company leads our MLS in production is that we are all on call 24/7. - Sat May 17 2008, 13:16

It is my expirience in 18 years that many Realtors will shop for the highest co-op fee split. This is especially true in times of large inventories. This does not reflect well on our profession. I try to fit the property to the Buyer and do not even look at the split until the pre-closing statement is produced by the escrow closer. - Sat May 17 2008, 13:07

I am a strong supporter of the arts community through volunteer participation on the boards of Directors for the Newport Symphony Orchestra and Yaquina River Museum of Art. I am currently a major sponsor of the Newport Jazz Festival and the Community Concert Association.

My favorite hobby is collecting and growing antique roses and heirloom perennials by organic methods.

I am an OSU Master Gardner and the very proud owner of two Bassett Hounds, Hercule and Claude.
