"I graduated from Hondros College and received my Real Estate license in 1998. I have recently joined the Keller Williams family from the Remax organization. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors and I am an Accredited Buyers Agent. I am also the receipient of numerous sales awards through my previous company and am a member of the $10 Million Dollar Club through the Columbus Board of Realtors.

I love what I do, especially when I can help others to empower themselves by becoming homeowners. Within 30 minutes of Columbus there are many areas you will want to consider. There are many factors that can affect your decision in addition to the school system you choose. There are many different highly rated schools systems in Central Ohio and located primarily in suburbs of Columbus. Any tips on selling in Hilliard?

Be certain you have the home in the best condition possible. That is attractive from the street and the pictures of the home on the MLS and the internet are current and well taken photos. Take away the agent bonus and lower your price again. You are trying to attact a buyer. Buyers sometimes are turned off by agent bonuses. I never show a home due to a bonus offer. I show the home if it is priced well and my buyer wants to see the home. There is a real difference in the service and marketing you recieve from the agents in our area. Yes, Gahanna is a good match. It is a strong match because of it's location, reputation and school system. There are other areas in Columbus that would be as well. It is absolutely critical you pick the right agent before you pick the home. You need an agent that is full time, professional and one that will be honest with you about resale in the areas you choose to look in. If you have further questions.
