Yvette,

This is a wonderful, secluded area of townhhomes. I live about 2 miles from there.

This home is not in the MLS listing service. It is scheduled for sale 12/15/09.
There are currently no active listings here.
There is one that is also 1636 sqft pending with multiple offers, priced at $468K.
Two larger units with 1935 sqft which sold recently for $505K and $525K.

The $298K "price" you see is the amount on the loan that the lender is foreclosing on, not what it is selling for. In this case, there are 3 loans on the home and this is in the middle. If you were the successful buyer at the auction (all cash-no loan), you would still be responsible to the loan in first position...still interested?

Most people are not. These "prices" are just a hook to get you into the RealtyTrack Foreclosure tracking site and get you to buy a membership.
