There were a few units in this complex for short sale or bank owned. They were either three or four bedroom units. They are about 1650 sq/ft for the four bedroom and they have been on and off the market since they were built in 2005.
Please call with any questions or if you would info on other properties in the area. Trulia does not run it properties out of the MLS so a realtor has to take it off manually when it sells.
