We take a new approach to selling real estate, we use the power of the internet to get our listings in front of qualified potential buyers. We also market to other REALTORS® so that they have a vehicle to showcase the property to more than a local base. As we said on the main page, the days of just putting a sign in the front yard, printing a few flyers, and holding a few open houses has come and gone. Today's buyer is educated, very web savvy, and will for the most part (93%) look for potential properties on the web before ever calling an agent. On average up to eight weeks before calling an agent. Where would you like your property to show up?
We have done extensive research on web marketing as it relates to real estate and we have come up with some eye opening results.
