I just sold a house to some clients I have worked with for a couple of y ears. They found a they loved - a sense of community, amenities, back yard with a creek, very attractive shingled home with lots of charm. I had the welcome wagon from the community call me to check on whether or not my clients had moved in - "we're behind but don't want to forget them".
