With the massive depreciation of new homes due to rising construction costs and depreciating home values, the established neighborhood would be the wise choice at this point in time. New homes are currently being hit double hard right now. Have your agent contact Breckton Hall and check the incentives too, their might still be some great value there. Good luck!
