The Multiple Listing Service is still shows it as available. MLS#42857 265 Watson Road Paducah, KY priced at $145,900.00. You should contact your Realtor of choice for further information and to set up an appointment for showing. GOOD LUCK!

Some offices have it on computer, others you have to go through the paperwork.

Small, friendly town, low crime rate, you are describing Cadiz, Kentucky. We are located in southwestern KY. where people still wave at each other as they drive by. I think we have a very nice community where we try not to forget our real purpose. We are in and around the Lake Barkley and “Land Between the Lakes” area if you like to fish, hunt or just enjoy the wildlife. I have lived here 19 years and love this area. We have US68 and I24 so that you can get to larger cities if you like. Southern hospitality still exists here in Trigg County along with community involvement in things that really matter. I would love to help you find a home here. There is a slower pace to life and living expenses are very reasonable. Depending on the area you are looking in prices are variable. After looking at several pieces of property, price is going to vary due to location, subdivision, farm land, waterfront, etc. For at least a 1 acre tract and up prices started out at $3600 and went up from there in the area of 42211. - Mon Sep 10 2007, 09:38
