Buying or selling a home is a big decision and you should be knowledgeable in every aspect of it. As a real estate agent, I have a real desire to help our Little Rock Air Force Base families and all the other families in the Cabot, Jacksonville, Austin, Ward, Vilonia and surrounding central Arkansas areas find the perfect home. What is the most important step when buying a new home?

Freda Morris answered:
The first step should be finding a lender and getting pre-approved. Then you can sit down with your budget and see what you can really afford and still be able to live the lifestyle you want to live. Just because the lender pre-approves you for a certain amount does not mean that you should buy a home for that amount. After you work with your lender and your budget, find a good realtor that you feel comfortable with and trust. - Fri May 9 2008, 05:12

My interests at this time is in real estate. Of course my husband, children, and grandchildren are always the most important to me. But they are all supportive of my career as a real estate agent.
